Our Holiday House at the Central Coast is an elegant hillside house in the quiet suburb of Copacabana. Located adjacent to the national park leading directly to the shore. It enjoys spectacular ocean views, excellent privacy and a sunny northern aspect for all year around holidays.
But the views aren’t the only sensational thing about this house. It’s freshly renovated and well-appointed. The layout is superbly designed. It has a stylish swimming pool, an entertainment deck, a balcony, a lounge room, a dining room and kitchen, and four bedrooms – one of them a master bedroom with a fabulous ensuite and a commanding view of the coast. And of course, there’s a carport large enough for two vehicles, which is perfect for a family.
Best of all, this home-away-from-home is just a walk away from Copacabana Beach, Winnie Bay, Captain Cook’s Lookout and MacMasters Beach. These are among the most visually striking (and most photographed) features of the Central Coast NSW.
And when you’re done with walking and swimming for the day, you can retreat to your seaside house to rest… with an uninterrupted view of the night sky over the ocean.

Things to do
Relax and enjoy yourselves! This Holiday House in Copacabana and the surrounding neighbourhood offer all the options you’ll need for a laid-back family vacation.
Private BBQ by the pool
The house comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and entertainment areas, BBQ grill, and that gorgeous pool. That means you and the family can toss your favourite ingredients onto the barbie and eat a leisurely meal – in between swimming and soaking in the water.
Flexible dining options
If you like cooking your own meals inside the house, it’s just a quick drive down the road to purchase everything you may need for meals and other supplies. The neighborhood has a local supermarket along the same road (Del Monte Place) the property is on.
But if you prefer dining out or doing takeaway, there are several coffee shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants along Del Monte Place and in the rest of the neighborhood for you to choose from.
Swim or laze on the beach
From the house, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Copacabana Beach. The atmosphere there is calm and relaxed. And because it’s a patrolled beach, it’s safe for swimming and surfing. There’s also a rock pool for the children. So you can have family picnics along the shore.
The beach trail starts near the house and continues for 150 metres down the hill. From there, you can go for a long walk from Copacabana to MacMasters Beach or Winnie Bay – then take a coffee break by the beach cafe.
Surfing
Copacabana Beach offers waves that are consistent enough for both beginners and intermediate surfers to practice their technique. Advanced surfers can try the larger waves that come in the cooler months of the year. And because this beach is less crowded than most, there’s plenty of surf for everyone.
Wildlife photography
You can walk from Copacabana to Captain Cook’s Lookout. If you do, take your smartphones, camera gear, and picnic basket with you.
Aside from the splendid vista, there’s plenty of wildlife to observe and photograph from there. At any given time of the year, you’ll see a few kites, peregrine falcons, albatrosses, and other birds gliding past. And between the end of May to early August, you may even catch a glimpse of migrating humpback whales off the coast.
Bushwalking
If you seriously like walking or hiking through the bush, Bouddi National Park is a 15-minute drive away from Copacabana. The park has an 8-kilometre coastal walking trail that starts at MacMasters Beach, which is a few minutes walk from Copacabana Beach.
Shop and watch a movie
Avoca Beach lies to the north of Copacabana. You and the kids can frolic on that beach or watch a film in the local cinema.
Or if you’re in the mood for shopping, Avoca opens its beachside community markets at Heazlett Park every fourth Sunday of the month. There, you’ll find locally-produced gourmet food items, clothes, jewellery, and all sorts of home furnishings for sale.
